2. Payments: All payments must be made in full or according to the mutually agreed payment schedule. Work will begin or continue only upon receiving the required payment.

3. Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the start of each project. Delays caused by client-side feedback, approvals, or third-party issues are not the responsibility of Nexa Dzine.

4. Intellectual Property: Final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment is received. Until then, all materials remain the property of Nexa Dzine.

5. Limitation of Liability: Nexa Dzine will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website.
